OACIS Italy offers off-airport check-in and baggage handling services for ITA Airways passengers (except for destinations in the US and Israel) flying from Rome through its City Check-in location at the Roma Termini Station.

“Airport in the City” is a joint initiative of OACIS, Aeroporti Di Roma, and ITA Airways. It allows you to drop your bags, check-in for your flight, get the boarding pass, and enjoy Rome with time saved before heading to the Fiumicino Airport.

You can find us inside the shopping area of Termini Station, near Via Giovanni Giolitti 16, close to the Mercato Centrale, Coin and Platform 24, which is the departure point of the Leonardo Express (the non-stop service connecting Rome Termini Station to Rome Fiumicino Airport in just 32 minutes).

Our City Check-in service allows you to complete the check-in process remotely without waiting in the long queues at the airport. Simply visit our check-in facility at the Roma Termini Station, and our team will manage the entire procedure for you.

The “Airport in the City” check-in service at Roma Termini Station can be availed only for ITA Airways (except for destinations in the US and Israel). Please feel free to speak to us for specific queries.

“Airport in the City” will operate every day from 9 am to 6 pm. However, passengers can check-in their baggage only until 4 pm every day. After 4 pm, they must visit the Fiumicino Airport’s check-in counters at Terminal 1.

The drop-off service is exclusively offered for flights that are departing on the same day.

During transportation, your baggage is transferred in securely locked vehicles equipped with CCTV cameras. Furthermore, our baggage storage facilities are also secured with locked access points and monitored 24/7 through CCTV cameras.
